Morning Moves

NSM DANCE would like to invite you to something new for morning dancers. Morning Moves is a new dance class design to get your body awake, alive and ready for the day. Corey Action will lead a blood pumping warm up, full body stretch, across the floor movement followed by a short dance routine with direction changes, positioning and some connections. This class will be an hour and a half and only taught for a limited time. Bring a large towel or Yoga mat, bottle water, wear comfortable clothing and suitable foot wear, socks or bare feet.
